User reviews
Fantastic headphones , pickup on these. These are amazing headphones, great sound quality too,all great features.
Great game audio and EQ options, decent mic, okay for music, SUPER comfy and light. These were a great deal for the price, and they're by far the most comfortable gaming headset I've tried so far. The SteelSeries software that you can install is actually really great if you take the time to use it, being able to set up EQ profiles for different games (or different apps if you listen to music) that switch automatically is way more useful than I thought it'd be. (Note: the software I'm referring to is available on PC, I don't know about PS5. I mostly use these on PC, and they work great, but my girlfriend uses them on PS5 and likes them too).Sound quality is good, microphone is average-good quality, no complaints from squadmates not being able to understand me. I mean it's not super HiFi voice audio or anything, but it sounds better than a lot of options at this price point. And the audio is very much "colored" (especially if you use the EQ settings) to tailor to gaming useful rather than pure, "transparent" sound quality that audiophiles usually look for. But these are made for gaming, and they do a great job at that. But they also sound decent for casual music listening or YouTube/browsing, just don't expect these to compete with a good pair of audiophile headphones for straight up listening sessions.
DO NOT purchase these, its a scam. I ordered these headphones to use on my PS5. The first set came with glue all over the volume wheel (which didn't work). Returned and reordered another pair, same issue. Also there were stains on the ear pad and the magnetic plates on the side of the headphones do not remove as they should, they have been glued shut for whatever reason. These are also being sold as GEN 2. Its right in the description. THEY ARE NOT! Gen 2 has white head strap not blue, they have 50 hour battery life, these have 38. These GEN 1's will not connect to the steelseries compain app. This is a bold faced lie.
Not original packing. No manufacturer's box it was in a aftermarket cardboard box in a bag not sure where they came from brand new I like the headphones themselves but I don't know if I would buy from this seller
Great buy. Exactly what I was after and for a great deal.
Great speakers, okay microphone. Super comfy, easy to set up, great battery life, microphone quality is the weakest part of the headset, adjustable self heading on the microphone is really handy
Volume control 100% locked up. The volume control was 100% frozen waiting on a replacement. Just received replacement with same issue! Garbage.
Aceptables. Las almohadillas llegaron un poco sucias, no sé si es mi software o será problema de los auriculares pero a veces hay lío para conectarnos, los puntos positivos es que estéticamente (pintura y accesorios fueron totalmente nuevos) nada de defectos
