    I just received this phone, it’s in excellent condition, no scratches looks brand new. One of reasons I ordered from this company is all the reviews had their batteries came with at least 80% charge or more capacity. Mine is only 76%. The battery life was a main decision in buying . Kinda bummed it wasn’t higher like the others.

You couldn't tell the phone was ever used. Came with pre-installed screen protector with no "bubbles"- better than I could have installed one honestly. Packaging was supurb, and came with a used charging brick in great condition, and what appeared to be a new charging cable to match. Phone stated it was unlocked. Tried to add new line with phone to my carrier plan and ran into issue. Called carrier, and they did a few resets to the carrier profile of the phone, and verified it was unlocked. Within 30 minutes had the phone up and running. Box stated the battery to be 85%, and that was verified in the phone's settings to be correct. No issues at all, phone holds a full charge alomst as well as any new iPhone I have ever purchased for 4x the cost. Did not have high hopes for Renewed, but turns out this was like getting a pretty much new device, so my expectations were far exceeded. Told my wife I would not hesitate to go this route on another Renewed iPhone when my existing iPhone is paid off with my carrier, and save a monthly equipment payment going forward. Sure it is not the latest iPhone, but honestly- most of the improvements that the end-user really sees every year is in the camera- not so much a fancy new chip with marginal speed improvements on the same phone form factor. Is that worth $1,000 a year- that is a personal decision. Great purchase experience and value. For purchasing a phone for a teenager where you are worried about losing or breaking, this is a great option that one should explore before plunking down money on a risky purchase with a new carrier phone financed over 2-years. Also saves paying up to $20 a month for an insurance plan on said phone.

    This is the second time I've bought a used iPhone from here. The phone itself is great! In perfect condition, nice screen, nice camera, no scratches or dents anywhere. But the battery life is pretty disappointing. I /know/ that's the risk you take with a used phone, but it's definitely worse than I expected. It says in the settings that the battery life capacity (or whatever you call it in English) is at 87%, but I don't know.... it dies so fast.

    I got the iPhone 12 mini in acceptable condition & I would say it’s acceptable. There’s no cracks or scratches on the screen or back of the phone, just a few noticeable scratches on the corners, but it’s in a case so not a big deal at all. No glitches. Battery will need to be replaced, but I kinda figured that would happen with this condition. Works great.

    I needed a replacement phone for my iPhone Mini 12. I purchased one rated Excellent and it did not disappoint. There were very minor scratches on the bezel frame, which you don't see at all with my very thin case on it and the screen was like new, perfect. Everything else sems to work as it should. I have not had any issues at all with the software. The battery was at 86% capacity, but seems to charge quickly and hold the charge normally.

    I paid for a restored phone in the best condition and it arrived with obvious slight damage on the top and wear on the buttons - easy fix if you use a cover. The mini is very mini (smaller than the SE by about 1/2”).
