This phone is like new. Came with a nice male to male USB-C cord (and adapter), stupid fast file transfers to PC. Photos are unreal. Going from S10e it's like going from a toy to a real camera.
The phone came from Verizon, and it will never be possible to unlock the device to load a custom OS. I checked all the phone cracking forums, not even if you do all the typical phone cracking tricks, it will never unlock. Verizon does that now. Don't use verizon! Xfinity uses their network and is 1/3 the price.
The Verizon rep lied to me and said it was not unlocking because it was stolen or sold illegally. After giving the seller a bunch of lip, I did my own research and found that Verizon rep was full of s***. Seller was highly professional, less so me. I was going to return the phone and buy it brand new from Google Story. The price had gone down to $649 for the brand new 128Gb. Waited too long and the next day it was back up to $899. Nope. I really want GrapheneOS, but not for double the price. I paid $495, it looks like more now. Keep your eyes open and be patient, get a good deal. Bundle your moblie and internet through Xfinity and you'll pay a fraction for both.

Great condition device, battery a bit weak with 450 cycles.
The device I got was in excellent condition overall. The attached photo shows the visor cracked in two corners, however, after further inspection it appears to just be an aftermarket visor protectors that perhaps the technicians at the refurbishing company tried to remove without success. This doesn't bother me and I can remove it at any time, however, I don't think such aftermarket protectors should be left on the device. Moreover, the battery has +450 cycles, which is borderline 80% of original.From the software side, the device asks for AT&T ESim but thankfully accepts any provider. I was nervous about spending $300 on a renewed phone- but I am so glad I did. I have only had the phone for a day- so I will update if my opinion changes. So far, the phone was in excellent condition- no scratches on the screen or back that I could see. I put in my SIM from here in Bangladesh and it was recognized immediately. I connected to my pixel 3XL and was able to transfer everything over seamlessly and quickly. This morning, I updated to Android 14- again an easy task. I have only taken a few pictures so far- but they definitely live up to the Pixel camera name. I tried out Interpreter mode and I can see me getting a lot of use out of that. The face recognition doesn't always work- and sometimes it turns the phone on when I don't actually want it to. The in-screen fingerprint sensor works great- so I may just disable face recognition. I ordered from SoonerSoft electronics when they matched the lowest price available on Amazon Renew- because they had the best customer ratings. I wasn't disappointed. The phone arrived must sooner than estimated and lives up to its 'excellent condition' rating.Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2024
