    It is gorgeous looking and very fast, easy to use, simple, and straightforward. We have had 4 other Samsung tablets and a few Ipads as well. This one clearly holds the "King" title to us....However, I strongly suggest that while you are possibly looking this over to buy, you take a very hard look at some of the many different types of holders and stands, call them whatever seems right, cause this big, beautiful beast LOOKS like you're trying to hold up a big laptop without the keyboard.....only it feels heavier to us than many laptops!

    We are gonna go back and pick some kind of stand, I think maybe this was anticipated because I see an unusually large number of options for these things, some that may only work with the S8 Ultra. Would have ordered one by now except there are SO many options, I cannot figure out which one to just buy and then jump, pull the chord, and hope I got the right one!

    As long as you are well aware of the weight, I think this is a wonderful tablet in every other regard. I have offered to return it and buy one of the smaller sizes of the tablet ( comes in 3 sizes I believe ) but she is in love with that brilliant picture and says it is a hard pass on a smaller one.

    I just hope she does not end up with arms like George Forman!

    It's asking for a password that I never set. The screen only stays lit for 5 seconds so I cannot find a way to reset or do any other thing. I purchased the insurance for it, called them, they made me call amazon who made me file a return with the seller who doesn't guarantee refunding the full amount. It was the stupidest purchasing mistake I've ever made.

    I was so excited to recieve this product. Its really is a beutifull peice of tech but unfortunately there were a few hickups. First I noticed that the box didnt come sealed so no way of knowing if the tablet had been used before. Then, I noticed that the keyboard was in spanish!! Innitial setup was in spanish but I was able to change to english and then when offered a region to chose from, I only got countries from south america.

    Chose guatamala LOL and continued setup. Once done I updated to latest firmware in settings and proceded to download apps and setup the tab to my preferances.

    Now here comes the kicker. Samsung pass would not work. I use that to store my loggin info with the fingerprint scanner when I log onto various sites. I tried to factory reset the device but still the same issue. I talked with samsung chat and he tried to find a fix by connecting remotely to the tab and even he could not fix it.

    Finally after doing some research, I found out that this tablet is region locked for South America. Nowhere on this site was this stated. I was expecting to recieve a Canadian or North American model. Now when I return this, I will be stuck waiting for 30 days plus for a refund before I can attempt to purchase the correct version of this device! Totally unacceptable!!
